Sr Mohd Faizal bin Foad @ Fuad, MRISM, MMIPPM is Resident Valuer of IPC Island Property Consultants Sdn. Bhd. Putrajaya branch. He joined IPC Putrajaya on 2/1/2018. Prior to that soon after graduation in 1995, he began his career in real estate as valuation executive with Akram & Co. In 2000, he joined ASM Development Sdn. Bhd (Maju Group of Companies) and was assigned to carry out tasks in project planning, business development and land matters. In 2005, he joined public listed..  ++ development company Bolton Berhad (currently known as Symphony Life Berhad) and was responsible in monitoring land matters and property management services of building owned by Bolton group of companies.

With vast experience of working in the private sector, he feels that he can contribute to the enhancement of knowledge particularly in real estate development with University students. As such, he then opted to join the Centre of Studies for Estate Management, Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi MARA Selangor, Shah Alam campus in June 2007 until Dec 2017 as lecturer and teaching subject related to real estate management and development. He graduated in Adv. Diploma in Estate Management (ITM), MSc. Land Administration and Development (UTM). Professionally, he is a registered valuer and estate agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia, a member of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a vice president of Malaysia Institute of Professional Property Managers (MIPPM). He also a guest speaker to the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia and a former member of Accreditation committee of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. He also a trainer to Sime Darby Property Berhad.
