IPC Island Property Consultants Sdn Bhd was established in Kuala Lumpur in 1999 as a sole proprietorship. In 2003, the company underwent restructuring and expanded its operations by opening branches in Kajang and Klang. This was followed by further growth with the establishment of additional branches in Johor Bahru in 2004 and Melaka in 2006.
At its inception in 1999, IPC Island Property Consultants Sdn Bhd offered a comprehensive range of property consultancy services, including property valuation, real estate agency, and property management. (property valuation), IPC Property Management Sdn. Bhd. (property management), and IPC Realty Sdn. Bhd. (real estate agency).
IPC’s expansion has been steady and organic, driven by a team of highly experienced professionals, some of whom boast over 20 years of experience in the property services industry. Their expertise spans valuation, real estate agency, project marketing, property management, and feasibility studies.
From its initial five branches, IPC has grown into a dynamic property consultancy firm with a nationwide presence. Today, the company operates 15 offices, including its head office, offering property valuation, real estate agency, and property management services.
